Meet Victoria Schattauer. She was the 19 year old freshman cheerleader coach for Goshen High School who took a topless picture with one of her freshmen cheerleaders at a recent party.
The school board today fired 19-year-old assistant coach Andrew Emerson for hosting a party and 19-year-old freshman cheerleader coach Victoria Schattauer for allegedly providing alcohol to a freshman at the party.
The school says Schattauer took the partially nude picture with the cheerleader.
The picture was then sent via email and school officials became aware of it and asked the po-po to get involved.
Was that the brightest thing to do? Probably not….but I do have to say that Victoria has a nice set of twins. I’d hit it.

She is pretty hot. Kingadolf’s comments about Jim Allen probably being a child molester bc he wants to see an uncensored pic seem wildy irresponsible. I don’t know JA but on the basis of his 1 comment here, I’d say he’s a healthy, red-blooded, American heterosexual male.
But borrowing from KINGADOLF’S own logic as demonstrated in his next comment about Joanie being a slut bc and I quote “…it takes a slut to categorize someone else as a slut.” Therefore KINGADOLF, does “…it take a CHILD MOLESTER to categorize someone else as a CHILD MOLESTER?”

Porn stars and Cheerleader coaches are not the same. See, there is some expectation of responsibility here. AND…if a porn star had taken pics with an minor, they would be in trouble too. Remember Traci Lords…a porn star AND a minor. She ‘freely’ performed, but owning that stuff is illegal now that we know she was under-age. So, without the minor, without providing alcohol to a minor, probably no trouble. Plus, most contracts for teachers and other ‘role-model’ type professions tend to contain morality clauses that prohibit such acts

Say maybe I am a 16 yr old girl and I came on very hard to a female teacher who I thought was very hot. I am not saying this happened but say it did. in response to tina, it’s a little thing called the law and statutory rape. it’s also called ethics violations for teachers to deal with any students between 3 and 18 in that way (yes, 18 not 16). no need for gun to deal with it, just a pink slip. Victoria Schattauer should have been fired and was; I think we can all agree to that but to call this cp is wrong. This situation is blown way out of proportion, bottom line girls will be girls and this sort of thing happens far more then we know.
As for the girl above, 50 years ago is like 300 in how far we have advanced as a society. 16 year old kids no longer have those concerns and in todays society shouldn’t be in a situation where they need to get married and run a household.

Victoria Schattauer was 19 years old and her co-star was 18 years old at the time of the photo being taken. Thus this photo isn’t considered child pornography. Whether or not you agree 18 should be the age for that is your own moral prerogative. Also since both parties are at or above the legal age to be photographed at their own consent, this photo no matter how private is considered public property once published through any legal means. But honestly, who cares!!! Just go to your local video store and rent the latest girls gone wild to satisfy your high school girl fantasies. A couple friends of mine were in the spring break taping of ‘05, so yeah it’s real. Personally, I say fuck porn, go get a really hot girlfriend or get smart and enjoy them one night at a time.

computers are not ’scanned’ for child porno.
and they are not doing anything sexual anyway. having that picture on your computer is completely legal, although, fapping to it is frowned upon.
