Kids,
Never post pictures of your 16 year old ex-girlfriend on your MySpace page. Alex Phillips did and now he is being charged with possession of child pornography, sexual exploitation of a child and defamation in La Crosse County Circuit Court.
When the police contacted Alex about the pictures and informed him that he could face jail time for publishing pictures of a minor, his response of “Fuck that, I am keeping them up” probably didn’t help his case any.
His ex-girlfriend apparently took the nude pictures and sent them to Alex and he posted them on his MySpace page because he was “venting”.
He also got a little creative with the caption of the pictures and provided this gem under one of the pictures…
“Yo, U see how big her hole is! Its from me!”
No way!!! That was you??!!?!
