The Yankees Win Their 27th World Series Title

Congrats to the Yankees on their 27th World Series championship. When you go out and spend 208 million dollars on a lineup, it’s expected that you win the World Series. Pedro Martinez was right when he called the Yankees “his daddy” as they spanked that ass all night.
There was nothing the Phillies could do. The only one who manned up for them was Chase Utley – going Reggie Jackson’like in the series. Even The President of the United States was making sure that the Bronx Bombers™ came home with the title.
