This vid is making the rounds on the Internets and was created by a guy who works at a Best Buy in Kansas City.
1.9 million views later, Best Buy decides that they don’t like the video and tell him to take it off of YouTube. He basically tells them that they can go fuck themselves since nowhere in the video does he mention Best Buy, The Dork Squad, or anything else that has to do with Best Buy.
So they have suspended him indefinitely and he thinks they might fire him. Go ahead and lawyer up my friend and sue the shit out of those bastards.

If he’s an at-will employee, they can fire him for any reason at all (other than discrimination against protected classes like race or religion). Of course they can fire him for making this video, with no legal repercussions. He doesn’t have a snowball’s chance in hell of winning a lawsuit.
