Deaf Guy Gets Choked Out By Forever 21 Security In Los Angeles

$omeone is about to get PAID. Since when is it alright to choke a guy to the point where his face turns purple? According to the YouTube comments, the guys didn’t hear the alarm go off as he left the store and security went all MMA on his ass once they stopped him. His buddy tried to get to his bag to show that he had a receipt but was denied access to it.
Even if he did take something – is it really worth it to choke them our over a $20 dollar shirt? You’ve got to love mall security. They think they are real cops until that ass gets sued then they are back to flipping burgers at McD’s.

This is a win-win for the deaf guy. You can use reasonable force to prevent a crime, but that clearly wasn’t reasonable. And if he had a receipt in the bag and they never gave him a chance to prove it (e.g. they just tackled him and started choking him out when the alarm went off) the store is gonna get pwned in court.

I worked with a deaf guy in a kitchen and we had clearer conversations with each other than the sorry bastards that could speak. It was obvious after the first thirty seconds that his buddy was trying to sign. I hope they get paid!
